ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (April 1, 2020) – County Commissioner Jay Block (R-Sandoval), released the following statement announcing his endorsement of Elisa Martinez for U.S. Senate:

“As a retired Air Force officer who served over 2 decades, including a combat tour, I know what a fighter is,” said Commissioner Block. “Elisa Martinez is a fighter and I am proud to serve alongside her to move New Mexico forward. Elisa is a conservative champion, a strong supporter of our President, and the only Republican candidate who can defeat Ben Ray Lujan in November. As we saw with Elisa’s victory at the pre-primary convention, her pro-opportunity, pro-freedom ‘New Mexico First’ message genuinely resonates with voters.”
